1.木耳菜洗净,泡在水中一小时左右。

2.木耳菜入锅,水焯一下,放入冷水中后晾干。

3.红干椒洗净 蒜去皮 备用。

4.把蒜捣成蒜泥 备用

5.调味汁 :醋 、生抽 、耗油、香油、盐、蒜泥。

6.热油淋入红干椒中,备用。
